Calculator inputs
The interactive calculators run in your browser. Values typed into calculator fields are not submitted to Real Pay Calculator’s server and are not saved in a user account. Do not enter information that the calculator does not request.
Information received automatically
Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider and security infrastructure may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and error information. These records support delivery, security and troubleshooting and are retained according to the provider’s operational settings.
Contact form
If you contact the site, the form sends the name, email address, topic, optional page URL and message you provide to the site administrator by email. The form plugin does not store submissions in the WordPress database in its default configuration. Email systems may retain the message for correspondence, security and record-keeping.
Do not send payslips, tax identifiers, National Insurance numbers, bank details, passwords or other sensitive documents. Calculator correction reports normally need only the page, inputs, result and public source.
Cookies at launch
The public calculators do not set their own input-tracking cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies for administrators or technical functions. The contact form’s default configuration does not require tracking cookies.
Advertising and analytics
At the effective date above, Google AdSense and Google Analytics are not active on the public site. Before advertising or non-essential analytics is enabled, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent controls will be implemented for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland where required.

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information supplied through the contact form, subject to legal and security needs. Use the contact page and choose “Privacy request.”

This notice may change when new services, advertising, analytics or legal requirements are introduced. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
